Christmas Event

Sunday afternoon, October 7, at 5:00 PM there will be an informational meeting on our upcoming Christmas event.  We are going to need lots of help to make this outreach event successful.   Please come to learn how you can help!  We will be serving a light dinner as we brainstorm.  If you have any questions please see Lou Ann.  

VBS

Missions:  As part of our VBS, we will be raising money and collecting supplies for 2 different Mission Groups. This year we are bringing items for the RCC Amazon Boat Mission Trip.  We will be collecting: Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, Wash Clothes, Bar Soap, Flip Flops, Sunglasses, Muscle Rub, Hydro-cortisone Along with the Amazon supplies, we are also asking kids to bring daily offering money. Christmas Caroling Party will be December 10. We plan to meet at the church at 4:30 PM travel around town in a caravan of cars, vans and maybe the Church Bus, singing Christmas Carols and than head back to the church around 6:30 PM to warm up and eat supper.

Community Event

  Trunk-or-Treat is this Tuesday, October 31, from 6 – 8 PM. This is a safe, fun Halloween alternative for children and their families.
