New Lesson Plan

The Friendship Sunday School Class would like to invite anyone interested, in learning more about “What the Bible Says About Heaven”, to join them. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to know more or starting fresh into the Sunday School program. The class meets in room 111.  

Open House

Help us celebrate and give a big warm welcome to Greg and Traci on Sunday, September 17, from 2:00 – 4:00 PM, in Fellowship Hall.  Invite your friends and family, in and around our community, to come and meet our new Senior Minister and his Wife.  

Mission’s News

     If you are interested in going to FAME on Wednesday, August 2 please sign up at the Welcome Center.  We will be leaving RCC at 7:30 AM and returning around 3:30 PM. We are collecting items before leave on Wednesday. There is a tote in the foyer  and a list of suggested items at the Welcome Center.  

Mission News

           Short Term      Mission Trip:          We still have several spots available on the team traveling to the Mountain Mission School in Grundy, Virginia from Friday, July 14 to Tuesday, the 18th.  The only cost will be for meals going and coming back.  We would like to have more adults and youth join us. There is a sign- up sheet at the Welcome Center….

Camp Solid Rock

What a great week we had at Vacation Bible School! Campers, Helpers, Parents, Grandparents, and Big People can tell “campfire stories” and recap the highlights of this amazing week. We encourage you to seek out someone who attended Vacation Bible School and ask them to tell you their favorite memory verse they learned, Who is Grandma T?,  What mission did we support this year…

You Can Help

  In just a few short weeks our Sr. High Students and Youth Leaders will be leaving for CIY MOVE conference in Holland, Michigan. There are several ways you can still help the group. To Our Prayer Warriors:  Please, stay in constant prayer for our teens and leaders while they prepare and are on this trip, but also continue to pray for the group…

Garage Sale

           The RCC Youth will be hosting a garage sale on Saturday, July 8, from 9 AM – 4 PM. The event will take place, rain or shine, in the Big House. All proceeds will be donated to Samaritan Village Orphanage in Tanzania, Africa. Please bring donations to the church between July 2-6 (or sooner, ask Haley Roach) and spread the word!  

CWF

The Christian Women’s Fellowship will be having their June meeting at Turkey Run Inn this Wednesday.  Please sign up at the Welcome Center if you plan to go.  We will leave RCC at 12:30 PM.  

Breakfast is Served

   Next Sunday, June 4, our very own RCC Jr./Sr. High Students will be cooking, serving, and  cleaning up for you. Plan on arriving a little early for Sunday School and let Kevin Roach along with the RCC Youth Group greet you, with a smiling face and a hearty meal. The line will start forming at 8:30 AM and will end promptly at 9:15…

Promotion Sunday

Next Sunday, June 4, students entering First, Fourth, and Sixth Grades along with Freshman will be promoted. These students will report to their new classrooms at the beginning of the Sunday School hour. If you have questions on where they are located, please ask at the Welcome Center.
