Calling All 5th – 8th Grade Students! AXIS Is Coming!

³⁷ Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ ³⁸ This is the first and greatest commandment. ³⁹ And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ ⁴⁰ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” Matthew 22:37-40 (NIV)

AXIS…celebrating Jesus as the Center of our lives…the Center around which our lives revolve…celebrating our commitment to Him through worship & music. Students from 5th Grade to Jr. High are invited to share their love of Christ as we develop this new music team.

Our first meeting will be Sunday, October 25, right after second service (approx. noon).  This will be a short meeting to talk about the purpose and goals of AXIS as well as hand out practice CDs.  Parents are encouraged to stay for this meeting so we can set a rehearsal schedule that will work best for students and their parents.
