‘Tis the Season….. the RCC Giving Tree is once again in the foyer and decked out in red tags! Each tag is numbered and labeled with a child’s age, gender and a Christmas wish. You can help bless a child this Christmas by choosing a tag (be sure and sign it out on the Sign-up Sheet) and shop for the requested item.
Return the gift, unwrapped with the tag attached no later than December 15. It is that simple! Your gift will bring joy to a child in our community this Christmas season.

Any Parke County School
Let’s cover Parke county schools in prayer for the start of another year! Join us at the school of your choice to walk the halls, praying over specific needs and people. Pray silently as you stroll the hallways or gather in small groups to pray.
ANYONE who wants to lift up our students, teachers, administrators, school board, support staff and parents in prayer is welcome to attend. All Parke county school buildings will be open during this time.

Volunteers & Candy Donations Needed – Trunk or Treat

We need two things to make our Trunk or Treat a big success. First, we need “trunkers” who will decorate their car, truck, mini-van, or set up a booth in the building and host a simple game for our kids to play. If you are willing to be a “trunker” or a “boother”, please make a note on your Connection Card or comment here.
Second, Sweet Treats. We, also, need candy and we mean lots and lots of candy. Donating a bag or two of candy? Just deposit it in the wheelbarrow located in the foyer. Questions? Need an idea for a game? Talk to Kevin.

This Halloween our church
parking lot will be filled with laughter as children from across the county journey from car to car to play a game and collect a treat. Trunk Or Treat is a safe, fun Halloween alternative for your family. Join us on Friday, October 31 from 6 til 8:00 PM for an great evening of fun. This is a fun event for everyone so no scary costumes, please.
