Rise Against Hunger is an international hunger relief organization that distributes food and life-changing aid to the world’s most vulnerable, mobilizing the necessary resources to end hunger by 2030. RCC will be partnering with RAH by hosting a meal packing event on April 28, from 3:00 – 5:00 PM.  Volunteers will set up an assembly-line, packaging highly nutritious dehydrated meals. The meals are made up of rice, soy, vegetables and 23 essential vitamins and minerals. A group of 40-50 volunteers can package more than 10,000 meals in just two hours.
